School Uniform

School Uniform at Queen’s Park Infant Academy including P.E Kit


We believe the wearing of a school uniform helps give a school identity and character.  We therefore expect that all the children wear it.  


Please order your sweatshirts, cardigans, book bags, P.E bags- these items all have our school Logo on them and iron on clothing name labels online with Brigade

All other items of uniform e.g. trousers, skirts, dresses, P.E kit are available from supermarket stores e.g. Asda, Tesco’s, Sainsbury’s and Marks & Spencer etc.



Boys: grey trousers, white polo shirt QPIA sweater

Girls: grey skirt or pinafore dress or trousers Plain socks or tights. QPIA cardigan or sweater



Boys: grey trousers or shorts, white shirt/polo shirt QPIA sweater

Girls: Light blue & white checked or striped dress White socks QPIA cardigan or sweater.


Footwear: Black shoes with laces or buckles – these must be of a sensible flat design with covered in heels and toes.  No clogs or shoes with "block" high heels.

P.E Kit

Indoor: Plain white t-shirt and either blue or black shorts.

Outdoor: Pair of warm jogging bottoms, a sweatshirt or hoodie (blue or black) and a pair of trainers (any colour).

All uniform and P.E kit must be clearly named.  Sometimes items do stray into other classrooms and it is difficult to find them if they are not named. Name labels can be ordered through Brigade or you can find them on Amazon.

Earrings must not be worn to school on P.E days for safety reasons.


The children also need:

1. A Book Bag The children need a suitable bag in which to carry their books to and from school.  These are purpose made and waterproof.  Please ensure that your child’s name is on the bag.

2. A Draw String PE Kit Bag This should be named and taken home each half term.  

3. A Water Bottle.

The uniform can be delivered into the school for collection from the office or delivered to your home address.     

Please note that delivery takes approximately 4 weeks.


Uniform is not sold at the school office.



Important Uniform date information


Dear Parents & Carers please make a note of the following order deadlines.


  • The deadline for any orders to be included in the last free delivery into school is 14th June 2024

  • From 15th June 2024 all orders will switch to the home delivery option only for the duration of the Summer.

  • To ensure your uniform order arrives with you by home delivery in time for the start of the September term you must have ordered by 26nd July 2024.

  • The free delivery into school option will be reinstated for all orders placed after 13th September 2024.
