Please let us know AS SOON AS POSSIBLE if your child is not well enough to attend school.
You can send us a message via the Arbor App or ring and leave a message on the school absence line (01202 528805 option 1).
Please speak clearly and let us know your child's name, their class and the reason they cannot come to school.
If we do not hear from your and your child is marked absent, we will contact you to find out the reason for their absence. It is essential that the school holds accurate and up to date contact details including telephone numbers and addresses. We ask that all adults with parental responsibility inform the school office of any changes.
If your child is ill for more than one day, you must contact us each morning until they are better enough to come back to school.
Children who vomit, or have diahorrea must have 48 hours with no illness before they return to school.
