Where possible, please try to make routine medical appointments (e.g. dentist) outside of school hours.
Please inform the school office and your child's teacher if your child has an appointment during the school day. If you have an appointment letter , email or text, please show this to the school office.
If the appointment is at the start of the day, your child will be recorded as at a medical appointment (M). This is not an absence. On arrival at school, your child will need to be signed in at the school office, and they will be taken to their classroom.
If you need to pick your child up during the day, you will need to come to the school office. We will locate your child and sign them on on the register when you leave the building.
