Friends of School Association (PFA)
Welcome to the Friends of School Association (PFA) at Queen's Park Infant Academy! We’re delighted to have you as part of our school community.
The PFA is a fun and friendly group made up of parents, teachers, grandparents and extended family, all working together to support and enrich our school community. Our main aim is to make the school experience even better for everyone involved.
What We Do:
Organise Events: We plan and run a range of events throughout the year, from social get-togethers to exciting activities, all designed to bring our school community closer together.
Fundraising: We organise fundraising activities to raise money for extra resources and special projects that help boost the school curriculum. This can include anything from new equipment to fun new programs or initiatives.
Support the School: We team up with the Head Teacher and school staff to figure out where our efforts can make the biggest difference, ensuring we’re supporting the school in the best way possible.
Who We Are:
The PFA is made up of enthusiastic and dedicated parents, teachers, friends and family who all share a passion for making our school a fantastic place. We are always welcoming new members whether that‘s parents of children at the school or wider family members and friends, so if you’d like to get involved, we’d love to have you on board!

We had a great evening at our recent quiz. Lots of teams competed in a very good natured quiz. There were questions to suit everybody and we all enjoyed the evening together. There was a tie break for first place and the winning team were delighted with their prize.
Part way thorough the quiz was the pudding auction and, encouraged by delicious looking puddings and Mr Spokes as auctioneer, we raised a lot of extra money and all had a good sugar boost for the rest of the quiz!
Thank you to everyone involved, from the quiz master to the pudding makers and helpers on the night.
We raised approximately £500 for our children!

The PFA
The PFA keep a store of school uniform that has been donated but is still in excellent condition. Our children grow so fast that they often outgrow school uniform before it wears out.
If you are in need of second hand school uniform, please email us at qpia.pfauniform@gmail.com and let us know what you need.
We do not price any of the uniform. Instead we ask for a small optional donation which goes straight into PFA funds for the benefit for our children.
