We are pleased that you are interested in Queen’s Park Infant Academy as a possible school for your child, starting in Reception in September 2027.

It’s a big decision.

It is really useful to visit schools before you decide to apply, and most schools will organise school tours this term.

We have a large number of school tours in our diary, but these are very popular, and places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Please contact the school (01202 528805) to book yourself places on a tour.

Please note:

• The Office is at its busiest between 9am - 9:30am and 2:45pm - 3:15pm so please avoid calling at these times.
• Tour dates will fill quickly, so it would be wise to have an alternative date in mind should your first choice date be full.
• School Tours are aimed at parents and carers. Your children will have other opportunities to get to know the school if you choose Queen’s Park Infant Academy. Babes in arms are welcome, but we encourage adults to find alternative childcare for toddlers and older children.
• It is useful for us to know if your child has any specific need that may impact on their school life. This could be health or educational needs. We’d be grateful if you could let us know about any such need when you book a tour.
• If you can no longer attend a tour, please let us know as it enables us to offer your space out to another family who may be waiting.
• Please do not attend a school tour unless you have booked and confirmed a place with us.

The only remaining tour with availability is at 5pm on Thursday 3rd December. Please contact the office if you would like to book places on this tour.

Remember: Your application needs to be submitted to the BCP Council between 1st November 2026 and 15th January 2027. It will not make any difference when, during this time, you submit your application. The Council will consider ALL applications AFTER January 15th 2027.
